Can I start with photos before bringing the car in?+
Yes. Send a wide shot and a few close-ups of the damage, plus year, make, model, VIN if you have it, and whether the vehicle is drivable. Some repairs still need an in-person inspection before final pricing, but photos let us start the conversation.
Do you work with insurance claims?+
Yes. Spargo can help with estimate documentation, repair photos, and claim communication with your insurance company. Coverage decisions always stay with your insurer, but we make the paperwork side easier.
My car is not drivable. Can you help with towing?+
Call the shop at 720-720-9200 and we will help coordinate towing so your vehicle gets to us safely. Do not drive a car that is unsafe after a collision.
Can I receive repair updates by text?+
Yes, if you opt in on the estimate form. Texts may include estimate follow-up, appointment details, repair status, missed-call text-back, towing coordination, insurance support, and customer service. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time.
What photos should I upload for an estimate?+
Take one full-vehicle photo, one from 6–8 feet back, two or three close-ups of the damage, and photos of any glass, lights, wheels, or panels affected by the impact. Clear photos from a few angles help us prepare a better estimate.
Is the online photo estimate final?+
No. A photo estimate is a helpful starting point, not a final price. Hidden damage, parts availability, and insurer requirements can change the repair plan after an in-person inspection or teardown.
