SMS opt-in verification

How Spargo customers consent to text messages

This public page documents the complete website opt-in flow used by Spargo Collision Center, which is operated by True Flex LLC. SMS consent is separate, affirmative, optional, and never a condition of receiving an estimate or purchasing services. Customer-care messages are sent from 720-868-8095.

Website opt-in flow

  1. 1Visit the public collision-repair landing page linked below.
  2. 2Select Schedule Your Estimate and answer the vehicle and repair questions.
  3. 3Enter a name, phone number, and email on the final form step.
  4. 4To opt in to SMS, actively select the separate checkbox shown below. It starts unchecked and is optional; the estimate request can be submitted without selecting it.

Exact checkbox disclosure

Yes, I agree to receive recurring customer-care text messages from Spargo Collision Center about my estimate, appointment scheduling, reminders, repair updates, missed-call follow-up, and customer support. Messages may be sent from 720-868-8095. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

The checkbox is unchecked by default. Submitting the estimate request does not require SMS consent.

A phone call by itself does not provide SMS consent. Missed-call follow-up is sent only when that phone number already has a valid website opt-in record.

Immediate opt-in confirmation

The messaging program is configured to confirm an opt-in immediately with this message: “Spargo Collision Center: You are opted in to receive recurring appointment and customer support texts from Spargo Collision Center. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
